According to Teddy Dupay’s Twitter account, Dupay did not approve the the decision to name Jeff Driskel the starter over Jacoby Brissett after week one against Bowling Green. The Gators travel to College Station to take on Kevin Sumlin and the Texas A&M Aggies. This will be Florida’s season opener and also TAMU’s first game of the season. Sad politics cause Muschamp 2 wait 1 game to name a starter. He and all of us knew all along. Trying to prevent transfers ruins kids careers — Teddy Dupay (@TeddyDupay) September 3, 2012 Kevin Sumlin and Will Muschamp have exchanged verbal blows out each other’s school so this game will be fun. Also, ESPN’s College Gameday will be there. Teddy Dupay, the former Florida Gator basketball player, apparently thinks that the decision by Muschamp was a poor one and they all knew who the starter was all along. I don’t know if I believe that but it was an interesting theory. Driskel was named the starting quarterback right before a press conference t...

Brent Pease was up in the box dropping "F bombs" during the Bowling Green game

This was Brent Pease's first game as the offensive coordinator at the University of Florida.
