Found September 10, 2012 on College Football Section:
Tennessee Volunteers quarterback Tyler Bray is a projected first round pick, and this season he is continuing to display exactly why. Bray threw for 333 yards and 2 touchdowns in the Volunteers first game of the season against N.C. State and this week he threw for 310 yards and 4 touchdowns against Georgia State. While Georgia State isn’t exactly the toughest opponent, Bray has shown great accuracy with a quarterback rating of 194.8 [ESPN] and has no interceptions this season. If Bray continues having such great games, Tennessee could have an outside chance at winning the SEC East (longshot, but Bray could make it happen).

Since we are having a Tyler Bray love affair on this site, there’s no point in not sharing this shirt with you all. You’ve seen Bray’s back tattoo here, now you can have your very own shirt with that same tattoo design on it and his number “8″. Enjoy Tennessee fans! Again, here’s Bray’s tattoo. Phil Fulmer gives the thumbs up to Derek Dooley .

There are a number of Vols fans out there who like to play the "Miss me yet?" card when it comes to comparing former Tennessee head football coach Phil Fulmer to current HC Derek Dooley. (Hi, Losers With Socks). The Great Pumpkin apparently wants to have nothing to do with such treatment of His Hairness, as he spoke in front of the Knoxville Quarterback Club Monday evening...

Vols break into Top 25, still have much to prove

Even after moving back into the national rankings for the first time since the 2008 preseason poll, Tennessee still has a point to prove. The 23rd-ranked Volunteers believe they can deliver that statement Saturday by ending their recent history of frustration against No. 18 Florida, which has beaten Tennessee seven consecutive times. ''I think people want to wait and see...

After 64 weeks, the Tennessee Volunteers have once again found themselves in the AP Top 25 Poll. The Volunteers went on to lose that game, and never saw the Top 25 again until today. It has been a long 4 years for the Volunteers...

ITB's Slate of Eight: Week Three

Got another great guest this week on the Slate of Eight, Russ Mitchell from College Football News. Russ is one of my favorite guys to chat with and despite the technical difficulties, we had a great time talking football. Please excuse a bit of a quality issue; it was on my end and the whole record, quality and everything got janky as hell but we made it work.As for the games? Get...

Podcasting with the enemy: A Tennessee fan joins me for a friendly discussion

The Florida Gators take on the Tennessee Volunteers this weekend and College Gamday will be there for it. Well, @mac_b_from_tn was kind enough to join me and discuss our thoughts on the game. We were both able to hold back death threats against each other. Predictions were made. A Dark Knight Rises Bane soundboard was utilized. We made fun of Alabama and and talked about international...

Week 2 Observations: Georgia State

After an impressive outing against the N.C. State Wolfpack on opening weekend, the Vols took on Georgia St. on Saturday in a David-and-Goliath matchup. Only this time, Goliath stepped on David, squashing him into an irrelevant, greasy spot. Tennessee dominated the contest 51-13, and while the score was obviously lopsided, there are things to be concerned about...
