The Victory Formation:
They have the reigning Heisman Trophy-winner, a Cotton Bowl win under their belt, and they also lay claim to being the only team that was able to defeat defending National Champion Alabama last season. Obviously, we are talking about TAMU. The Aggies are feeling awfully good heading into the 2013 season, and with Kevin Sumlin on the sideline and Johnny Manziel under center, expectations are sky-high. The confidence is at an all-time high as well, especially with AD Eric Hyman who let out a great one-liner in front of crowd in College Station on Thursday: Eric Hyman to the crowd at BCA&M Coach's Night: "What does the moon and Texas A&M have in common? We control the Tide." — Aggie Sports (@Aggie_Sports) June 14, 2013 While that obviously elicited eye rolls from some, the Aggie fans are getting behind it immediately and it already is being printed on a T-Shirt: TAMU fans can purchase this fine shirt at Aggieland Outfitters. September 14th cannot get here soon enough. I have Bammer rolling them. Saban is coming for them with a vengeance.

WANNA GET AWAY?
Johnny Manziel sent a controversial tweet that he can't wait to leave College Station, but he deleted the tweet and sent a follow-up.
Johnny Manziel has gotten himself into trouble through his use of social media many times in the past, but nothing may have been worse than what happened on Saturday night. The Heisman Trophy winner tweeted that “bulls— like tonight is a reason why I can’t wait to leave College Station…whenever it may be.” The tweet [...]
Johnny Manziel is in a big hurry to be a backup QB at the next level, at least, that is what we can take from his tweet last night that he quickly deleted: Wait what? The Heisman Trophy winner and superstar QB is sick and tired of playing football at Texas A&M? Oh, wait, he tries to clarify himself: Don’t ever forget that I love A&M with all of my heart, but please please...
Is Johnny Manziel trying to make his own mark in the music industry?
Not likely, but if you look at the Texas A&M quarterback's offseason activities, you may think otherwise.
So far, in just a few months, Manziel has been spotted onstage with hip-hop recording artist Rick Ross, traveled to Toronto to spend time with Drake, and appeared in Granger Smith's "Silverado...
It must be great to be Johnny Manziel sometimes with all the adoring fans, appearances, and trappings that come with being the first freshman to ever win the Heisman trophy. At the same time, it has to really suck sometimes too.
From what the young quarterback of the Texas A&M Aggies sent out on Twitter Saturday night it sounds as if he had to deal with some of the negative...
The attention and success Johnny Manziel has brought to Texas A&M over the last year is really immeasurable.
Manziel's magical run to the Heisman Trophy last year put Texas A&M on the football map at just the right time, with many expecting and some hoping the Aggies would fall flat on their faces in their first year of the SEC.
But Manziel wouldn't allow it, as...
The Philadelphia Eagles landed maybe the most sought after coaching candidate on the market this offseason in Chip Kelly. But it appears he wasn’t the only coach on their radar.
Before landing Kelly as their head man, the Eagles apparently took a run at Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin, offering him the job, according to the San Antonio Express-News.
Smith, who is entering...
Texas A&M athletic director Eric Hyman just poked the Bear as in Bryant.
Hyman told a joke during a speech at a banquet Thursday night that won't go over well in Alabama.
"What do the moon and Texas A&M have in common? We control the Tide," Hyman said during the Brazos County A&M Club's Coach's Night. The banquet was at the Memorial Student Center...
As if Alabama head coach Nick Saban didn’t already have enough motivation to get some payback on Johnny Manziel and the Aggies this year. Tonight, according to Brent Zwerneman of the San Antonio Express-News, Texas A&M AD Eric Hyman made a joke about “controlling the Tide” in a reference to last year’s big victory over Alabama.
Hyman: ‘What do the moon and Texas A...
