Sometime last week the news broke that the good folks at the University of Texas had tried to talk to Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban about coming to Austin. Saban said he wasn't interested stating that he was simply too old to start over again. Well, Texas fans are not having it. They want Nicky Satan to come to Austin and they have the t-shirt to prove it. @JasonARogers/Twitter You would think that hearing it straight from the horse's mouth would have been enough: “Every year it’s something. Last year it was the Cleveland Browns,” Saban said. “The year before that it was somebody else, the NFL. Terry and I are very happy here in Tuscaloosa. We’re really love the University of Alabama. We really feel like a part of the community here and we have a lot of good friends here.” “And, quite frankly. I’m just too damn old to start over somewhere else.” Longhorns fans are likely thinking, "But we're Texas! How can you not want to coach us?" T...

Texas fan hands out Saban-themed shirts

Well, Alabama Crimson Tide fans. It’s time for you to get angry and laugh at Texas Longhorn fans. Since Mack Brown is on the hot seat, people actually think Nick Saban will go to Texas. Of course, Saban is infamous in lying to the media and saying that he would not take the coaching job at Alabama but ended up going there. There is no way this happens but the fact that Longhorn...

Alabama Football: Nick Saban is ‘too old’ to start somewhere new

Saban Works Only On Ole Miss Plan

Buzz: Saban to Texas? You never know

I'd hate to insult anybody's intelligence by stating the obvious, but if you're a college football coach (namely Mack Brown), and your regents are talking, on the record , with The Associated Press, about how maybe you should think about retirement and, oh yeah, we've been talking to someone else . . . Well that's, uh, probably not a good sign for you. And,...
