I am glad Notre Dame is number one in college football.
But for me, college football is dead.
Seeing Silas Redd running for USC in a loss to Notre Dame only enforced that opinion.
Redd has 817 yards rushing and nine touchdowns for USC.
But he was going to play for Penn State, my favorite college team.
Then he left for the amnesty rule.
Penn State is 7-2 this year and in normal times would be granted a bowl game.
