Found September 29, 2012 on Bush League Chronicle:
PLAYERS: Phillip Dorsett

This play from Saturday's N.C. State-Miami game is a prime candidate for Bush League Play of the Week. Furthermore, Wolfpack linebacker Ricky Dowdy may also be in line to garner Bush League Player of the Week as well.

The Hurricanes led 23-7 late in the first quarter when Miami wide receiver Phillip Dorsett hauls in this short pass to pick up the first down. In the process, redshirt junior Ricky Dowdy brings him down by violently yanking Dorsett's helmet from his body. Dowdy was likely acting out of frustration after the 'Canes scored 23 unanswered points in a span of a little over four minutes.

Amazingly, no penalty was called on the play.
