Dave Martin/AP; Fred Kfoury/Icon SMI One of the lesser bowls of the 2012-2013 postseason will be featuring the Central Michigan Chippewas and the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in the Little Caesars Bowl. Both of these two are not exactly accustomed to appearing in bowls as they have a combined seven total appearances in the postseason. Western Kentucky just became an FBS squad back in 2009, so we would have to go all the way back to 1963 in the Tangerine Bowl when they defeated the Coast Guard 27-0! Yes, that was an actual bowl and team back in the 60′s and that to this day stands as the only bowl appearance in their history. Willie Taggert had previously done a tremendous job leading this Western Kentucky program into the right direction, but he has since moved on to bigger and better things with South Florida.
