Injuries will sideline pair of Syracuse backs
Syracuse will be without their third-string running back for the Orange’s season-ending game against Pitt on Dec. 3. A win over Pitt would bring Syracuse, currently last in the Big East, to bowl eligibility. Ameen-Moore Out for Season Due to Injury
Syracuse running back Adonis Ameen-Moore will have season-ending surgery on December 2. Ameen-Moore sustained an upper body injury against Cincinnati on Nov. 26, 2011. The freshman had 12 carries for 40 yards in his first season for the Orange.
Syracuse will play its final regular season game at Pittsburgh on Saturday, Dec. 3 (12:00 p.m., ESPN2).
