The Green Bay Packers traded up for the second time Friday, making a deal with New England that allowed them to take Vanderbilt cornerback Casey Hayward in the third round of the NFL draft.
The 5-11, 192-pound Hayward had 15 interceptions in four seasons with the Commodores.
The Packers swapped third-round picks with the Patriots in the trade, giving up the No. 90 overall pick...
