The Army Black Knights won a thrilling last minute 34-31 victory over Boston College in front of a crowd of 39,942 at Michie Stadium. After Raymond Maples was stopped at the 1-yard line on fourth down with 2:03 left in the game, it looked like Army would lose another heart breaker. However, the defense forced a poor punt by the Eagles.
