The St. Louis Cardinals (0-1) travel to St. Lucie today to take on the New York Mets (2-0). Livan Hernandez will get the nod today for the Amazins as they look to stay red hot after scoring 18 runs in their first two games.

Here's the lineup for the Mets:
Luis Castillo, 2b
Livan Hernandez, sp
Jose Reyes, ss
Carlos Delgado, 1b
David Wright, 3b
Carlos Beltran, cf
Ryan Church, rf
Marlon Anderson, lf
Rene Rivera, c

For the second consecutive day, manager Jerry Manuel is batting the pitcher in the two hole in order to ensure he gets an at-bat. The Cardinals, on the other hand, have not released their lineup yet but Adam Rubin from the New York Daily News reports Tony LaRussa will be using a DH.

Hopefully the Mets can continue to abuse opposing pitchers with opposite-field hits, which only makes Manuel look more and more like a genius every day.
