The Dodgers are reportedly kicking the tires on free agent closer Trevor Hoffman. I've been told by rival executives that the Dodgers are perfectly content with the job Broxton is doing, and do not feel the need to move him to the closer role just yet.A
Hoffman will probably command a one year deal in the 4-6 million dollar range.
