Notes: Phillies agree to terms with first-round pick

Shortstop Anthony Hewitt will receive a signing bonus in the neighborhood of $1.4 million, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. The signing means all five of their first five picks are in the nest. Hewitt, 19, was taken 24th overall and is expected to be moved to third base.
