Redding goes out of Mets' rotation, makes room for Perez

Tim Redding relocated to the bullpen Saturday afternoon, after being informed that Oliver Perez would retake that rotation spot Wednesday against the Dodgers. Redding went 1-3 with a 6.99 ERA in nine starts.
