It appears that Daniel Murphy is getting high praise on SI.'s Top 50 Prospect list by Frank Neville. He was ranked 8th on the list that includes Tampa's stud, David Price at #1.
The best part of it all is Neville says he believes that Murphy can help the Mets by playing 2B with an above average glove.
I hope Murphy can be the 2009 NL Rookie of the year and fill in modestly...

The NY Post is reporting that the Mets have made an official offer to lefty reliever Will Ohman, formerly of the Braves.
