The Mets best in-house option for power is Wily Mo Pena, with Jerry pushing for power and Pena starting to heat up, there's the potential for Pena to get called up.The slugger had a 12 game hitting streak where he was batting .308 with two home runs and six RBI's. Pena left yesterday's game with a leg injury, the extent of the injury wasn't revealed and the Bison's haven't placed him on the DL, two weeks ago he was limited to DH duty after fouling a ball off his leg. Abreu was not in the starting lineup but was forced into action when 1B Wily Mo Pena left the game in the middle of his at-bat in the fourth inning with an apparent leg injury. source MiLB
