For much of the universe, a trade involving two marginal minor leaguers -- Mariners 27-year-old infield prospect Michael Morse and Nationals journeyman outfielder Ryan Langerhans -- registered hardly a blip on the news wire. A bad team and a mediocre team swapping bit pieces a few weeks before the All-Star break? Who cares?

Josh Womack, AAA outfielder for Long Beach Armada, has been featured all over the internet for his impressive bat tricks. I think this video is the most extensive I've seen and features a bunch of different tricks he has up his sleeve.
I played softball and have to say I've never seen any rituals quite this impressive.
