From an R-Phils news release: The Phillies have promoted right fielder Dominic Brown from Class-A Clearwater to Double-A Reading. Brown entered the season ranked as the top prospect in the Phillies' minor league system by Baseball America. Brown will join the R-Phils on the road in Erie.
