A look-a-like for Seattle Mariners shortstop Brendan Ryan was seen dancing in the stands of Petco Park during Saturday night's game against the San Diego Padres.
The fan wore a Mariners jersey and cap and had a fake mustache to emulate Ryan's real mustache. However, the fan didn't have us much of a beard as Ryan has these days.

That hit was his 2500th...
NWSB Insider and Seattle Mariners blogger Clinton Bell tells us to him the best “MY oh MY” play of the twelfth week of the year had to be Felix Hernandez's two RBI double in the second inning Saturday night against the San Diego Padres. With the one run given up on the mound as well, Felix single was a one man wrecking crew against the Padres. The double was on a hanging...

The Seattle Mariners hit a bit of a funk in the middle of last week getting swept by the lowly Padres. NWSB Insider and Seattle Mariners blogger Jonathan Irwin reports on the first M’s game of the interleague series versus the San Diego Padres. Jon didn't find much "good" left to report on in this game, so he highlighted that Ichiro Suzuki once again had a solid night at the plate. Hopefully the 38-year old Ichiro is proving he still has something left in the tank.
Felix Hernandez pitched seven impressive innings and hit a two-run double to lead the Seattle Mariners to a 5-1 win over the San Diego Padres on Saturday night.
Hernandez (5-5) turned in his second strong outing, limiting the Padres to one run and six hits. The right-hander struck out 10 and walked one. His only blemish was a balk that brought home San Diego's only run in the...
NWSB Insider and Seattle Mariners blogger Jonathan Irwin reports on the third and final game of the interleague series versus the San Diego Padres. Even with strong pitching, the Mariners bats can't help them win games. The Mariners are now 31-43, seemingly already digging their proverbial grave. The top five hitters had just 2 hits—not including Kyle Seager's pinch hit...

Tommy Milone continues to be a different pitcher on the road than at home.
He'll try to reverse his road woes Monday night for the Oakland Athletics in the opener of a three-game set against the Seattle Mariners.
Milone (7-5, 4.13 ERA) owns the majors' second-best home ERA at 0.99, but his 7.42 mark on the road is baseball's third-worst. Opponents are hitting .169 off...
