It appears that Kiko Calero won't break camp with the Mets, Adam Rubin was asked why he didn't think Calero would make the team and had the following tweet response...I was told Calero wasn't very sharp. He never had much zip, but told arm strength not optimal either. He may stay behind in PSL. source Adam Rubin NY ESPNThis really isn't the same as a major league veteran who comes to camp and didn't make the club, Calero came into camp 3-4 weeks after the rest of the picthers and was coming off a season with shoulder soreness. I don't believe he'll be cut or ask for his release, instead he'll probably stay in PSL fo an extra 2-3 weeks and then rejoin the club.
