Reports: Padres, OF Nick Castellanos agree to 1-year deal

Outfielder Nick Castellanos has agreed to a one-year contract with the San Diego Padres, multiple media outlets reported Saturday. The New York Post initially reported the news, which comes two days after Castellanos was released by the Philadelphia Phillies.
