Your browser does not support iframes. Washington Nationals center fielder Denard Span proved he make a catch in the outfield while blowing a bubble with some gum at the same time during Friday's game in D.C. Span had no trouble tracking down the fly ball by Colorado Rockies leadoff batter Dexter Fowler in the first inning and didn't lose his focus despite the potential distraction from the bubble gum. We wouldn't recommend this to the kids at home. Video via MLB. Visit us at holdoutsports.com and follow us on Twitter @HoldoutSports.

No Kidding. Strasburg: "I’m not a kid anymore."

"I’m not a kid anymore. ...You know, I should be allowed to stretch a little bit out there… No big deal. Obviously he cares about me and wants everything to be OK, but there was nothing to be worried about." Nationals' Wilson Ramos should begin rehab games soon

Wilson Ramos' hamstring injury has healed to the point that he should be ready to start playing again soon.  The Washington Nationals catcher suffered the hamstring injury back in April.  He came off the DL just to injure the hamstring again.  Then, during his rehab assignment, Ramos suffered a setback that has pushed him all the way to now before he is ready to begin rehab...

Strasburg, Nationals beat Rockies 2-1

Dugout Digest - don't call it a comeback

Remember the Washington Nationals, chic preseason World Series pick? Well, the Nationals have scuffled thusfar this season, but lately, they're showing signs of putting it all together. Nats Wrangle Winning Streak With Win Over Rockies
