Dodgers pitchers....

Derek Lowe and Brad Penny made a formidable 1-2 punch for the Dodgers and next season neither maybe with the team. It's believed that Penny's option won't be picked up and things seemed to have ended bad in Los Angeles. Penny struggled with shoulder problems this year and went 6-9 with an ERA of 6.27 in 17 starts. I know Penny struggled at Shea and I'd be concerned about his health but I think he could be a dominant closer.....The club is almost certain to reject Brad Penny's option ($9.25M/$2M), a decision I BELIEVE has to be made my tomorrow, at which point he'll file, too.
