Memories Of Kevin Malone:
Lately, i've been noticing a lot of animosity being directed toward the more youthful players on the Dodgers. The Los Angeles media is critical of them, but I expected that. I didn't expect, however, to see bloggers, message boards, family, and friends, all beginning to express some level of discontent with the youth movement. I know that a good part of the anger is due to the current losing ways, but there also seems to be some regret that the Dodgers kept the kids in the first place. That kind of madness makes me question if us Dodger fans still have an ounce of sanity left in our collective brains.
Don't get me wrong though, I understand what fans are feeling. Yes, it sucks to see players chasing pitches two feet out of the zone. Yes, it sucks to watch Matt Kemp get picked off for the 20th time. Yes, it sucks to see James Loney do...
