credit: getty images Evan Longoria left Friday night’s game against the Detroit Tigers after aggravating the plantar fascitis in his left foot. The Rays plan to reevaluate him on Saturday. When Longoria left Friday’s game he was replaced with Kelly Johnson. If Longoria does indeed miss time it is likely that Johnson will get additional playing time. On the season Longoria is hitting .298 with 17 home runs and 47 RBI.

  • Always an injury with this guy. Trade him along with Vinny. Maybe Mr. Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows Everywhere, Joe Maddon, could join them.
