The Chicago Cubs are a million games under .500. No no…I’m just kidding. They’re only…actually- what’s it matter? This is a bad baseball team right? Right. Well, so then how to the Chicago Cubs not make any moves today to improve the future of the ball club? I am absolutely stunned certain players weren’t traded. Jeff Baker, Reed Johnson, and Carlos Pena to start. The Cubs are leading people to believe that Jeff Baker has a future here. That Carlos Pena has a future here. Okay well, maybe Pena does, but still! How do you not trade him to improve the quality of talent? It absolutely drives me nuts that this team didn’t even get better for next year. I mean truthfully, this team is not going to win anytime soon. But yet- they continue to put bad talent on the field…for what? Come on Jim Hendry. How do you not move these guys?
