The Buffalo Bison are playing a day game today and Feliciano is not in the lineup and they have added a player to there roster C/1B Salomon Manriquez.Jesus Feliciano has done nothing but hit for the Mets minor league systems since they signed him prior to the 2007 season. This year he is hitting even better at a .385 clip with only 17 k's in 187 at-bats, compare that to GMJ's average .190 and 24 k's in 54 at-bats.Many believe that in a lost year like last year that Feliciano should have been up with the big club so that he could have been evaluated at the Major League level. If the Mets had done that and he was atleast respectable maybe the Mets wouldn't have wasted Brian Stokes and money on GMJ.His call up is way overdue but atleast he is here finally and we don't ever have to see GMJ again. While he isn't going to hit for power I believe he will still be a solid .270 hitter in the Majors with adequate defense.
