Prior to the season, if you told me that we would lose Carlos Delgado, Jose Reyes, Oliver Perez, Ryan Church, and Carlos Beltran for portions of the season and the Mets would be only three games out and five games over 500, I would take it in a minute.In fact, coming into this series all I wanted was a win. So with a win on Tuesday and taking the Phillies into the 11th on Wednesday, I should be satisfying ( Morale victory), but I can't help feeling frustrated.It's not the loss but how we lost, once again the Mets gave one away and seemed to find a way to lose.Going into the seventh with a 4-1 lead, I even dared say to myself, if we make it through this inning this game is ours. But the Mets didn't make it through the inning and they should have, two gold glover's in one inning were unable to make, makeable plays resulting in a tie score. Meanwhile the Mets left 16 runners on base to include a bases loaded, one out rally that resulted in a pop out and weak ground out....
