Mets Claim Veteran Infielder Off Waivers

A somewhat familiar face is returning to the New York Mets. In a slew of roster moves, the Mets announced that they're claiming veteran infielder Zack Short off waivers from the Detroit Tigers and are transferring Jorge Polanco (Achilles) to the 60-day injured list.
