Mets Holiday Party Is Not The Same Without Anna Benson

Tomorrow, the Mets are set to introduce their off season prize and new closer, Francisco Rodriguez to the media at the team's annual holiday party The popular event will be taking place at the Citi Building in Long Island City. This year, it will be Mike Pelfrey dressing up as Santa, who reprises the role of former Mets Santa's such as John Franco, Mike Cameron, David Wright and Kris Benson who was upstaged by Mrs. Santa, his wife. John Maine and Jerry Manuel will also be on hand for the festivities. On Thursday, it will be J.J. Putz who gets his turn, when he is expected to be introduced to New York at a press conference at the all new Citi Field. These Mets holiday parties just haven't been the same without Anna Benson.
