No arbitration offered to free agents Park, Eyre

As suggested by team GM Ruben Amaro Jr. this afternoon, the Phillies declined salary arbitration to free agent relievers Chan Ho Park and Scott Eyre, who were both Type B free agents. The Phillies have indicated at least some interest in resigning them, particularly Park, who flourished as a late-inning option.
