No Arbitration- Right or Wrong

Ruben Amaro just made his first big decision as newly appointed Phillies GM in not offering either Type A free agents Pat Burrell or Jamie Moyer arbitration. We all suspected Burrell was going bye-bye anyway, but not offering him arbitration is simply retarded in my opinion.
