This news broke yesterday. Minor leaguer Pablo Ozuna became the second member of the Phillies organization to be suspended for 50 games by Major League Baseball for a drug violation.Ozuna, second baseman for triple A Lehigh Valley, was suspended for an "elevated testosterone/epitesterone ratio", which is a performance-enhanced substance violation under Minor League Baseball rules.
J.C. Romero received the same suspension and returned to the team last week.
