The Phillies winning streak came to an end and the Cardinals moved to 4 games ahead of the Phillies.  The Brewers also moved a half game ahead of the Phillies even though they did not play.  Is all lost? No, absolutely not! As predicted here, the Phillies need to go 15-5 in their last 20 games to get to the playoffs.   With 18 games remaining they now need to go 14-4 (Tough but not impossible).  They have 3 games in Houston and have their best pitchers lined up over the next three games.  No doubt they need to sweep these games.  This is what the Phillies can control and they must complete that mission to get to 75 wins. What the Phillies can’t control are the Cardinals, Dodgers, Pirates and Brewers. The Cards and Dodgers have three games against each other remaining in the 4 games series.  The best outcome for the Phillies is either a Dodger 2-1 series split of a Dodger sweep.  Either way one of the teams will have at least 77 wins at the end of the series.
