So it took about a week of the Dodgers being in first place for a sportswriter to start praising the jobs that Joe Torre and Ned Colletti have done "turning around" the Dodgers. The lucky guy's name is Bruce Jenkins, and ol' Jenky boy is fellating the Dodgers real good.
"Add Manny, subtract Kent - Dodgers baseball is fun again"
Really? That's funny, I thought Manny was a cancer that would kill the chemistry of this young team? I still fail to see the guy who is supposed to poison the young players.
As for Kent, he's always been a dick, so what's new? Did anybody complain about his attitude in 2006 when the Dodgers went to the playoffs? Nope. Big surprise there.

This is clearly the opinion of a man who has not watched a single inning of the Dodgers this year. Torre has made poor decision after poor decision, but because a team with a 120 million dollar payroll is now above .500, all of a sudden Jenkins wants to give Torre credit for "steering" them to a division title? Laughable. Meanwhile, Girardi's a dumbass because he has a better team that just happens to play in a division that isn't a complete clusterfuck.
I'm gonna go on a bit of a tangent here, but bear with me. I still think it would benefit both the Yankees and the Dodgers if...
