Texas Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus was forced to leave Tuesday's game with the San Diego Padres in the second inning because of a tight right hip flexor.Manager Ron Washington said Andrus complained of tightness in the muscle after grounding out in his only at-bat.Andrus will be evaluated further on Wednesday.The 23-year-old is batting .369 this spring with four RBIs.
