St. Lucie 8, Bradenton 2 The St. Lucie offense came to play on Sunday – as they supported Angel Cuan by scoring in six different frames in their 8-3 victory over Bradenton. The aforementioned Angel Cuan started this game for St. Lucie and went five solid innings, allowing just two runs while striking out eight. He was victimized by a solo home run and three singles in the fourth inning, where he allowed both his runs. Cuan allowed nine baserunners, through six hits, two walks, and a hit-by-pitch, but he danced out of trouble enough to allow only the two runs in the fourth. Jim Fuller and Hamilton Bennett combined to finish the game with two scoreless innings each. St. Lucie was able to put a run on the board in the first two innings via an RBI ground-out by Rylan Sandoval and an error by Bradenton, which allowed a run to score and put them up 2-0 at the time.
