Solution to the Howard Shift

While I was at the Phillies-Nationals game on Friday night, I watched the whole Nats Defense shift over every time Howard came up to bat. At first I thought nothing of it, because every team does it, but then I noticed something. Zimmerman was practically playing on second base. Thats when I thought......... If Howard could lay down a bunt down the third baseline, there would be no one to get him and could have an easy infield single. And if he did it a couple times, then teams would have no choice to play him more honestly.
