Angels Locker:
The Angels have designated 30-year old switch-hitting outfielder Reggie Willits for assignment. Willits played in 22 games for the Angels this year and he was 1 for 22 (.045 avg, .283 OPS) with 1 RBI. In his six years with the Angels, Willits played in 414 games in which he was 218 for 844 (.258 avg, .658 OPS) with 146 runs scored, 0 homers, 58 RBIs and 40 stolen bases. This is a shame as Willits was a good little backup outfielder at one time for the Angels.
