It’s been a pretty tough Spring for Phillies fans.  There hasn’t been much good news to talk about, and nationally and locally, people are proclaiming the Phillies amazing run of success at its end.  I’ve even felt that way myself.  There are definitely reasons to be concerned about this team.  Heading into a season without two of the team’s biggest stars is a huge obstacle to overcome. There are huge questions about the Phillies’ offense, and very few answers.  But this isn’t the first time that we, as Philadelphia fans have entered a season with questions or concerns about this team.  These Phillies have fought and battled, and given us some of the best baseball memories of our lifetime.

So, on a gray morning I decided I’d try to find something to feel good about and something to pump me up as the Phillies play their last Grapefruit League game in Clearwater Florida.

This is what I came across.  And while some of it is not entirely accurate, it still gave me some goosebumps and made me smile.  I hope you enjoy it.  Ready or not, here come your 2012 Philadelphia Phillies…
