In the part 4 of his video blog, UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub talks about joining the Gracie Academy and learning the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Rener and Ryron Gracie. 'The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday' takes you behind the scenes into his training for his upcoming bout with Matt Mitrione at UFC 165. The two were a part of season 10 of The Ultimate Fighter . Fight week is about to start and all those competing at UFC 165 are on their way to Toronto for the festivities.  This is a big weekend for The Hybrid as he is taking on fellow former NFL player in Matt Mitrione.  There is a short list of contenders in the heavyweight division so if anyone is able to string a couple of impressive wins together they could have the fans calling for...

UFC 165: 'Jones vs. Gustafsson' Event Preview

How long are their arms? That's the question on everybody's lips. So let me get it out of the way early on. Jones Jones, in his last fight with Chael Sonnen, had a 84.5 inch reach. Against Shogun Rua, Alexander Gustafsson had an 76.5 inch reach. So unless Gustafsson has had a growth spurt at the age of twenty-six or Jon Jones has shrunk because of his nasty broken toe then...
