UFC 165 featured what could arguably considered one of the greatest light-heavyweight title fight of all time. It was a 5-round battle of attrition and determination, ending in the defending champion walking out of the octagon with his title wrapped securely around his waist.

I want a rematch, I know that much. Some thought Gus won the fight decisvely, I had rounds 2, 4 and 5 for Jones, but that’s because I’m buying into the lame UFC scoring (I thought leg kicks didn’t win fights?). As much as I’d like to see Jones take on all comers with him fighting Glover Teixeira next, I would also be completely fine with Jones fighting Gustafsson again.
Earlier this month, boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather said his “The Money Team” wants to hop aboard the mixed martial arts bandwagon by managing fighters.
UFC president Dana White (pictured), who would be dealing directly with boxing’s biggest draw in contract negotiations if that came to fruition, states he’d welcome Mayweather with open arms into the world of MMA.
