The Ultimate Fighting Championship has put the final touches on the UFC on FUEL TV 5 fight card with the announcement of two bouts on Monday. Pascal Krauss will take on Gunnar Nelson in a welterweight clash while light heavyweight Kyle Kingsbury takes on Jimi Manuwa. Nelson and Manuwa will both be making their UFC debut. The bout between Krauss and Nelson matches welterweights who have finished 18 opponents in the combined 19 victories. Krauss (10-1) will be making his third appearance inside the octagon. He earned a decision over Mark Scanlon at UFC 122 then was outpointed by John Hathaway at UFC on FOX 3. Nelson (9-0-1) has won nine consecutive fights since fighting to a draw in his professional debut. Only one of his fights has made it to the second round. Kingsbury (11-4-1) will look rebound after back-to-back losses to Stephan Bonnar and Glover Teixeira. Prior to the skid Kingsbury had won four consecutive fights with the most recent victory coming over Fabio Maldonado at the TUF 13 Finale. The undefeated Manuwa (11-0) has finished all of his opponents with ten wins by knockout and one by submission. He last competed at BAMMA 8 where he recorded a first round technical knockout of Antony Rea.
