Well, it was only a matter of time. Guess who’s about to take her her talents to Hollywood? UFC bantamweight queen Ronda Rousey (pictured). According to Sylvester Stallone – yes, Rocky Balboa himself – Rousey will play a small role in his upcoming “Expendables 3″ movie. Stallone, the flick’s screenplay writer and star, made the announcement Tuesday night via Twitter. Stallone didn’t confirm Rousey’s character or when she’ll begin working on set. Jason Statham, Mickey Rourke, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, Wesley Snipes, Mel Gibson among other superstars are also expected to star in the action blockbuster. In February, it was reported Rousey was also offered a role in “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” the sequel to box office sensation “The Hunger Games.” Earlier this year, Rousey signed with William Morris Endeavor talent agency. Her powerhouse representatives have already started to pay big mainstream dividends. As far as Rousey’s day job goes, she bumped her record to a perfect 7-0 after disposing of Liz Carmouche at UFC 157. All of her victories have come via first round armbar fashion. The “Rowdy” one puts her strap up for grabs against Miesha Tate at UFC 168.
