UFC’s anticipated return to Montreal, Quebec, Canada, has suffered a slight downgrade in quality, one would assume. Now that Rory MacDonald’s name has departed from the 170-pound showdown between he and Carlos Condit, due to injury.
The young Canadian is coming off a decisive decision victory over BJ Penn. When the fight ended, MacDonald abruptly took over his post-fight interview in the Octagon. Calling for the man who defeated him in June of 2010 — Carlos Condit.
Now that the bout has been scratched. Condit was left without an opponent.
But, hold it right there! Carlos Condit isn’t training for nothing. And, he’s a better fit for the just as devastating, and intense, Johny Hendricks. So, the organization has made the match official — Condit versus Hendricks now takes the co-main slot and many fans aren’t too upset about the two knockout artists collid...
