The MMA world might still be buzzing over Ronda Rousey’s thrilling big league debut, but let’s not forget the Octagon comes storming back this Saturday in the Land of the Rising Sun.
“UFC on FUEL TV: Silva vs. Stann” takes place inside Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
A light heavyweight shootout between Wanderlei Silva (Pictured) and Brian Stann headlines the festivities. Heavyweights Mark Hunt and Stefan Struve serve as the night’s co-featured attraction.
The lightweight affair with Diego Sanchez and Takanori Gomi will receive third-to-top billing. Middleweights Hector Lombard and Yushin Okami and welterweights Dong Hyun Kim and Siyar Bahadurzada round out the event’s five showcase fights.
FUEL TV broadcasts the main card live in America beginning at 10PM ET/7PM PT.
To help promote the freebie fight card, the UFC has released an “In Focus” documentary featuring the event’s superstars.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship has released the ‘In Focus’ special for the UFC on Fuel TV 8 fight card, which is set to take place Saturday night in Saitama, Japan.
