Team: No. 16 Ford Mustang Crew Chief: Seth Barbour Chassis: RK-735 – Last raced at Bristol Motor Speedway  Buescher at Darlington: Chris Buescher will make his second NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) start at Darlington Raceway this Friday and his fifth NNS start overall. In 2011, Buescher finished 17th at the 1.37-mile track. The 20-year-old driver has competed in two races this season and has been the highest finishing Roush Fenway Racing (RFR) Ford Mustang in each of those races. Buescher finished seventh at Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS) and 17th at Texas Motor Speedway. The Car: The No. 16 team brings chassis RK-735 to Darlington Raceway. This is the same chassis that Buescher raced to seventh in his first start of the season at BMS. B-Strong: The No. 16 Ford Mustang will carry a new look this weekend, sporting the Boston Strong colors. “The One Fund Boston” was formed to raise money to help those families most affected by the tragic events that unfolded during the Boston Marathon. For more information about “The One Fund Boston” and how you can help, visit: www.onefundboston.org. Up to Speed: In 2011, Buescher made NNS starts at Richmond and Darlington, finishing 17th in both events. In 2012 he participated in the full ARCA schedule, earning the ARCA Championship with four wins, 12 top-fives and 16 top-10s in the 19 race season. Overall, in five seasons of ARCA Racing, Buescher has made 54 starts, with one Championship, nine wins, 32 top-fives and 42 top-10s. The driver of the No. 16 Ford Mustang teams up with Seth Barbour, who will serve as Crew Chief. Barbour most recently worked as an Engineer on the RFR No. 6 team. Recapping Richmond: The No. 16 team last visited the track with Ryan Reed at Richmond International Raceway. Reed posted a solid 16th-place finish in his RFR debut, spending much of the race in the top-10. Buescher on Racing at Darlington: “I’m really excited about this Friday’s race at Darlington. Darlington is one of my favorite tracks. You are always on the edge and it makes for great racing. This team has been working really hard to make these Ford Mustangs as fast as possible, and I think we can pull off a top-10 if we stay out of trouble.” On the B-Strong Colors: “We have a new paint scheme supporting the B-Strong campaign on the car this weekend. I am happy to carry these colors and try to do our part to support the victims and families impacted by the recent events in Boston.”
