When 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion, Brad Keselowski, stepped back into the iconic, number two, Miller Lite Ford for the 2013 season there were high expectations for him. Now, there is speculation that the returning champ won’t even make the Chase.
Since the Daytona 500, Keselowski has collected five top-five’s, eight top-ten’s, and one did-not-finish. At this time last year he had the same record but what has hurt him this season is fact that he has yet to win a race and has finished twenty-first or worse in seven out of his 18 starts.
Being hit with penalties in mid-April of this season did not do any favors for the number two team either.
