The three-bedroom pad features a sushi bar, cherry wood floors, and a magnificent view of the Central Park treetops. Oh, and famous sportscaster Bob Costas lives upstairs.

Gordon originally bought the place for $9.67 million in 2007 and is seeking a significant increase in resale value, obviously.
