Friday evening will mark Blaney’s first career start at Texas Motor Speedway in any NASCAR series race. The No. 29 team sits sixth in the owner point standings trailing the leading No. 3 entry by 55 points heading into race 20 of 22 of the 2012 season. “I’m excited to make my first start at Texas this weekend in the Cooper Standard RAM. We keep gaining momentum on the mile and a half tracks. These types of speedways are a huge part of NASCAR racing, and I’m looking forward to getting more experience on a high speed and high down force track.” – Ryan Blaney No. 29 Cooper Standard RAM WinStar World Casino 350k Texas Motor Speedway November 2, 2012 TV: SPEED – 7:30 P.M.
